IMRAN KHAN AND PTI LEADERS ARRESTED AT JUDICIAL COMPLEX FOR VANDALISM

ISLAMABAD: Imran Khan, the head of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), and other party officials were charged on Wednesday by the Islamabad police with attacking, damaging, and vandalising the courthouse during a former prime minister's appearance.

In accordance with Section 353/7 of the ATA and other requirements, a complaint was filed against the PTI leaders and numerous employees.

The FIR claims that "political party" leaders were in charge of the mob and incited vandalism by provoking the crowd.

According to the report, a plan was developed to assault the Islamabad High Court (IHC) and the Federal Judicial Complex.

According to the FIR, the spokesperson also stated that there was damage to government property at the judicial complex. At the judicial complex, "armed PTI employees threatened to kill police officials and others." it was said.

Rana promises to hold. Imran Khan and other PTI leaders would be detained, according to Imran Khan's interior minister Rana Sanaullah, in relation to a charge filed against vandalism that happened at the Judicial Complex in Islamabad while the former prime minister was appearing there.

Imran Khan planned the "assault" on the Islamabad Judicial Complex, according to a statement from the interior minister, in order to get "favourable decisions" from the court.

According to PTI Chairman Rana Sanaullah, an individual and an armed group attempted to seize control of the entire court system. This individual is suspected of receiving foreign funds and taking presents from Toshakhana.

The minister added that CCTV video was being used to identify those responsible for the attack on the judicial building. He added that Imran Khan and other party leaders will be detained and that no exceptions would be made.
